Paul McAfee is an innovative leader with a history of increasing
revenues through new business creation, restructuring, and turnaround management.
He is the CEO of management consulting firm eXubrio, LLC, as well as CEO
of sales support firm eXubrio C-Level Leads, LLC. Paul brings more than
30 years of global, high-technology executive level strategic planning,
sales, and marketing experience to client engagements.
Paul established his first management consulting practice,
eXubrio, in 2000. He has led efforts resulting in dramatic improvements
for Fortune 500 clients. These include Kodak and Danaher, as well as start-ups
such as Contract Staffing, an HR company, SofTrek, an Oracle Hosting and
Not-for-Profit software company, TelePacific, a telecommunications company,
NewMindsets, an e-learning company, and others.
Prior to founding his company, Paul held a variety of senior
executive positions at companies including Danaher, Eastman Kodak Company,
Ciba-Geigy, and Sprint PCS. Paul is skilled in developing and implementing
fully integrated, global sales and marketing strategies and national public
relations campaigns. He is comfortable across a broad range of cultures
and business functions. Paul currently helps technology start-ups develop
and implement sales and marketing capabilities quickly and economically.
He serves as an entrepreneur-in-residence at the University of Rochester's
Office of Technology Transfer, and at the State University of New York's
University at Buffalo Technology Incubator.
Paul is President of the Rotary Club of Amherst East, in
Amherst, New York. He is a Board member of infoTech Niagara, a Western New
York trade group, and the Proactive Health Center of Excellence, a national
life sciences organization based at the University of Rochester Center for
Paul received a BA and Humanities degree with honors from
the University of Maryland in 1974, and an MBA from the University of Rochester,
Simon Graduate School of Business Administration, in 1995. He is a member
of the humanities honor society Phi Beta Kappa and the business honor society,
Beta Gamma Sigma, and a long-standing member of Mensa.
